Looking for a talented web site developer / iphone app creator for two start up ideas I have. You could join either as a partner or as on a contracting basis. Specific terms to be discussed. Ideally you are very plugged in to the current state of social media, technological trends, and have a keen sense of design. The ideas are as follows:

1) DateNow. A mobile dating app on your smartphone that allows you to see others in your vicinity that also have the app and arrange an instadate / meetup.
- The "date" aspect may turn some people off; so perhaps a "chillnow" kind of framing would also make sense.
- Basically the idea is a twist on traditional online / offline interactions. Instead of planning and arranging in advance a meetup, one can set up a date immediately.
- Say a group of girls is out on a "girls night out" dinner date. The topic of conversation turns to men and how the new york dating scene sucks. They feel spontaneous. Each of them opens up the app and views the profile of guys within a few block radius. They see some interesting profiles. They agree to separate and go on "instadates" and congregate in a couple of hours to discuss. Now that is something that I think many would pile in for.
- Moreover, the meetups can be in "group" form too. This group of girls may see a group of guys on the app nearby; the group of girls could meet the group of guys and at worst the social circle of both groups will have been expanded.

2) Part-Time apartment subletting. This idea centers around someone who doesn't use their apartment during the day - and would be willing to "rent it out" from 9 - 5, say - and someone who needs a space during that time.
- This is perfect for someone like myself, who works from 7 - 7. I live in a studio in a prime midtown location. My apartment is just sitting there. I am more than willing to rent it out for $50 per day from 7 - 7, say, to a group of people needing a space to work or use during the day. However, I would not want to have a roomate or share my place when I am at home.
- This is almost like airbnb but on a part-time basis.
- This is really about maximizing the utility of scarce resources and letting both those who need space and those who have space win in the end: Those who need space get it at discounted rates (relative to renting out an office on a full time basis); those who have space get a little extra to help cover the "full time" rent.
