All you have to do is sign up for the Adbrite PPC advertising network. This will put any sites you add automatically in their high pagerank directory.
After you have registered you then need to create a Ad zone for your website. For example if your site is amazon.com, just create a adzone with amazon.com as the url. Afterwards go into the “Manage Ad zones” section, click on the “View “Your Ad Here” link for that ad zone.
Inside the purchase page, look at the source code, no “nofollow” tags are used, so you get a lot of link juice! The great thing about it is, you don’t have to actually display the ads. Once these ad zones are in the system, you should be getting the link boost for years to come. Adbrite is a very respected source, so you will get a lot of benefit from the backlinks. You can add multiple websites to get this benefit too!

Get Backlinks from 'Elderly' sites
In regards to WHICH Backlinks you should get, here is an example:
CHOICES:
PR3 website, online since 2003
PR3 website, online since 1998
The better choice here (just on link strength) would be the 1998 PR3, why, because the older the website, the more 'authority' it has given similar statistics to a newer site with the same strength. Age does Matter!
